
Associate Product Manager

About the role:
As a part of this role, you’ll be embedded in one of the two pods:
- Healthcare Product & Integrations – Drive core platform features and client-driven enhancements.
- Growth Pod – Focus on user engagement, retention, and experiments that drive usage metrics.
You’ll work alongside engineers, QA, and design to continuously deliver value. APMs report directly to senior product leadership or PMs, but you’ll have hands-on responsibility for backlog refinement, requirements gathering, and sprint execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Backlog Management & Execution
- Collaborate with a PM or senior lead to translate product vision into actionable epics, detailed user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination.
- Support Tech Ops, Engineering, and Implementation team ms in triaging member / client issues
- Understand how features get architected using Capillary Customer Data Platform and Loyalty+ to communicate feasibility of new features
- Coordinate the Platform team to make enhancements necessary to drive new feature development of the health engagement product
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Engage with engineers, QA, and design to clarify requirements, refine acceptance criteria, and resolve blockers.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, such as sales or support, for successful product rollouts.
3. User & Market Research
- Gather feedback from end users, internal teams, or client stakeholders to inform future enhancements.
- Assist in analyzing product usage data, process gaps, and exploring internal workflow improvements (Internal Tools Pod).
4. Continuous Improvement
- Track product KPIs and propose iterations based on data-driven insights.
- Contribute to retrospectives, sharing learnings to optimize future sprints.
5. Documentation & Communication
- Maintain clear product documentation—release notes, user guides, or product requirement documents.
- Communicate sprint progress and feature updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a product-related function (e.g., product analyst, business analyst) or relevant internships/projects.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma etc.).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills—comfortable taking initiative and guiding small projects.
- Passionate about user-centric design, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning.
